SUP Yoga Classes
Enjoy a 90-minute Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga class that starts with a quick lesson on paddle safety and basics. Then we’ll paddle to a quiet cove, anchor our boards, and flow through a yoga session suitable for all levels. End with a peaceful savasana on the water—an experience you won’t forget.
